Life Hope Project: Children's dinnings of Venezuela

What is it? The Fuente de Esperanza Project is an initiative focused on working with children through the Children's Soup Kitchens in Trujillo, Venezuela. These soup kitchens provide care in spiritual, nutritional, educational, and craft areas. It is based on the verse Matthew 10:42 KJV: "Whoever gives one of these little ones a cup of cold water just because he is my disciple, truly I tell you, he will never lose his reward."


Course objective: Form children as disciples of Jesus through biblical instruction and the development of spiritual practices, reflected in their daily lives and in the extension of the kingdom.


Specific objectives:

Model a Christ-centered lifestyle in children, so that they are committed disciples in the extension of the kingdom.

Foster in children the desire to serve and be examples with their testimony for other generations, forming them as disciples.

Promote values in children to promote attitudes based on respect, equality, solidarity and responsibility.

Provide individualized attention to the children of the communities and churches to identify their realities and interests, and provide them with appropriate help according to their needs.

Facilitate the care and comprehensive development of children.

Scope of the Children's Soup Kitchen in Trujillo, Venezuela: Currently, the project serves 50 children in 4 sectors of the state: Timirisis, upper part, Tendal, Pampan and Trujillo. The soup kitchens work 2 days a week and have a work team made up of 22 people dedicated to serving the Lord.

Vision: To train children as men and women of God, imitators of Christ, capable of applying biblical principles in their lives and serving God with passion, providing them with tools that lay the foundations of their lives in an integral and balanced way.


Mission: To promote in children the daily practice of the Word of God, which leads them to serve, adore, play and share Christ, becoming great leaders of the present and the future.


Vision + Mission: The project focuses on following Jesus' care model for children, addressing his care not only from a spiritual point of view, but also from an emotional, social, family, psychological, and physical point of view. Furthermore, it aims to guide children towards a personal relationship with their Heavenly Father, helping them grow and develop as children of God in a world influenced by sin.


Development:

The Source of Hope Project or Life Hope Project, focused on Children's Soup Kitchens in Venezuela, has as its main objective to train children as disciples of Jesus, providing them with comprehensive care in spiritual, nutritional, educational and craft areas. Through this project, the aim is to model a Christ-centered lifestyle in children, fostering their desire to serve and be examples for other generations. In addition, values such as respect, equality, solidarity and responsibility are promoted.

The scope of this project extends to four sectors in the state of Trujillo, where 50 children between the ages of 1 and 14 are served. The soup kitchens work two days a week and have a work team committed to serving the Lord and providing individualized attention to the children.

The focus of the project is not limited solely to the spiritual dimension, but also encompasses emotional, social, family, psychological and physical aspects of children. Through biblical teachings, children are trained and trained, providing them with tools based on the Bible and sound doctrine. The objective is to ensure their care, guidance, direction, food and accompaniment, generating a positive environment based on love and joy.

The constant activities of the project include weekly meetings with Bible studies, educational time, lunch or dinner, crafts and recreation. In addition, children's festivals, vacation bible schools and Christmas festivals are held. Likewise, social action work is carried out that includes personal care, delivery of medicines, supply of pantries for needy families and delivery of school supplies. Christian counseling and monitoring is also provided to children and their representatives, accompanying them at each significant stage of their lives.

The Fuente de Esperanza Project or Life Hope Project is a valuable initiative that seeks to transform the lives of children through the Comedores Infantiles in Venezuela. Her holistic approach, encompassing spiritual, physical, emotional, and social aspects, demonstrates a genuine commitment to the well-being and development of children.
